At this location, after 8:30 a.m., tickets are distributed lottery style, randomly pulled from a bucket. This makes the shopping times more equitable, eliminates any congregating and squabbles about who is first. The initial group of 10 shoppers is asked to return at 11:20 am and every other group of 10 is 15 minutes apart. Our last shop is at 12:45 pm.
